Following our brief conversation yesterday, it is my absolute pleasure to introduce you to Laurence Kemp of Century 21 located in the city center of Cap D'Ail. I met Laurence KEMP ( administrative assistant for CENTURY 21 AGENCE GASTALDY ) last year as a reference from a fellow classmate,

She quickly placed me into a wonderful apartment, and by my reference, she has also assisted other students of the university to find their apartments as well!

Since housing must be completed before the visa process is begun, it is important that IUM chooses representatives that will provide the BEST first impression of relations with the University. Laurence is the woman who will absolutely do that! She is prompt in her communication, swift in her processing and placement, and flexible to assist me with whatever I have needed (and same goes for her team in the office who I have also worked with directly). As I have been here 2 years and worked with other Realtors around the area, I have seen from the others why type of service should NOT be representative of the university and what type of service should.

Please create a relationship with Laurence as she is the most exceptional and professional person I have yet to work with in this area!

Nous avons fait appel à plusieurs agences immobilières locales pour nous accompagner dans notre projet de changement de logement lié à l'agrandissement de notre famille.

Century 21 de Cap d'Ail est rapidement sorti du lot et nous avons apprécié leurs services pour plusieurs raisons.

L'approche commerciale :

La priorité est mise sur la compréhension du projet de la famille.
Aucune agressivité commerciale comme nous avons pu connaître chez certains concurrents pour afficher notre bien à la vente.
Le délai nécessaire aux prises de décisions est respecté et même encouragé.
La méthode est claire, définie et maîtrisée.

La vente :

L'évaluation de notre bien a été faite et justifiée sur les bases du marché.
Nous avons fait quelques visites de biens en vente équivalents au nôtre pour prendre conscience du marché et installer une relation de confiance avec l'agence.
L'agence nous a accompagné dans toutes les démarches administratives (études diverses, réalisation de devis de réparation ...) permettant une présentation du bien plus claire.
Les visites sont programmées et les horaires sont respectés. Un compte rendu est communiqué après chaque visite ou période de visite.
La signature du compromis de vente en 17 jours appuie la précision et la justesse de l'estimation.
Nous avons maîtrisé le processus de vente du début à la fin.

L'achat :

Un lien collaboratif avec M. Gastaldy nous a permis d'affiner notre besoin, voire même de le modifier, de l'adapter à notre style de vie.
Le sens des visites et les types de biens visités sont préparés, réfléchis et expliqués.
Nous avons apprécié la transparence des équipes de M. Gastaldy même quand les biens à vendre étaient rattachés à l'agence.

Les plus / anecdotes :

M. Gastaldy a contacté la mairie de notre commune pour faire nettoyer les abords municipaux de notre appartement.
L'agence s'occupe des transferts des contrats de distribution d'eau, d'électricité, de gaz ...

Conclusion :

Le service est complet et humain. Les équipes sont compétentes, disponibles et accompagnées par la direction.
Les discours et les conseils des membres de l'agence permettent à chaque instant de prendre du recul sur la situation.

Dans un éventuel nouveau projet immobilier, je ferai évidemment appel à M. Gastaldy.
