Villa Primavera was built in 1911 around the same time as Villa Kerylos in
Beaulieu seen in the many craftsmanships similarities.
The frescoes on the ceilings and walls, the mosaics of the floors are of
the same antique Greek inspiration depicting Greek mythology from the
various art forms from culinary to music and to the theatre and war.
Following the Second World War, the Villa Primavera was divided into
apartments. The beauty of its craftsmanship was painted over.
Today, after over ten years conscientious and precise and historically
documented restoration by the current owners, the apartment has returned to
its past glorious beauty.
It is stunningly breathtaking! The apartment is in itself a work of art
from its grande decorative wrought iron entrance, its frescoes, mosaics,
the marquetry of the wooden doors and marble chimneys, to the walls and
ceiling of the semi-circle balcony with its open view over the Mediteranean
from east to west.
The elegant Belle Epoque Villa’s access entrance allows for four cars to
park in front of the apartment's entrance.
The apartment is 185 m2 and 40 m2 terrace and a cellar.
Not only a real estate property, but a work of Art !
